Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Your work will also focus on:
• Identifying opportunities to digitise Finance processes using automation and AI, improving efficiency, control, and data quality
• Applying AI-enabled solutions to transform end-to-end Finance workflows
• Analysing and mapping processes using Lean methodologies and data insights to support Finance process optimisation
• Supporting the development and maintenance of a prioritised backlog of digitisation and AI-enabled opportunities, with clear and measurable benefits
• Tracking and reporting realised outcomes, including efficiency, cost, control, and quality improvements
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design, implement, and embed digitised processes and AI-enabled solutions across Finance
• Supporting the adoption of new tools, processes, and continuous improvement practices to ensure sustainable change
• The skills you'll need
• Additionally, you must demonstrate:
• Practical application of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies in digital and automation initiatives
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, using insights to identify process and digitisation opportunities
• The ability to assess performance issues, quantify opportunities, and support the prioritisation of digital initiatives
• Experience in supporting the delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Finance and technology teams
• Working knowledge of automation tools and AI technologies, with the ability to apply them to improve Finance process outcomes
• The ability to drive AI-enabled simplification and continuous improvement within Finance environments
