This is a h ands-on leadership position, combining operational management with clinical involvement. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily clinic operations (rostering, stock, workflow, client records) Leading, mentoring, and supporting the team Maintaining a positive, productive team culture Monitoring performance and supporting clinic growth Contributing to local marketing initiatives Providing nursing support, training, and development when needed About You You bring a balance of clinical capability and leadership potential, along with a strong focus on people. Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience) Experience as a Practice Manager, or a Senior Nurse with leadership responsibilities Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in animal handling Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities A genuine focus on patient care, client experience, and team wellbeing Why Greencross?
