The Role We are hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to run day‑to‑day office operations and partner with the VP Sales to deliver high‑impact events, campaigns and sales enablement activity. This hands‑on role is ideal for anyone looking to launch or accelerate a career in marketing - from entry‑level candidates keen to learn the craft of brand building and storytelling, to experienced coordinators who want broader exposure in a scaling company. You'll own practical marketing tasks (events, content calendars, collateral, swag, PR liaison and campaign logistics), gain direct exposure to go‑to‑market strategy and support activities that drive pipeline and growth. You'll be a visible connector across the business-anticipating needs, streamlining workflows and keeping calm under pressure. This role reports to the VP Sales. Core responsibilities Marketing & events Support conference logistics: registrations, booth bookings, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance. Maintain events and marketing content calendars and ensure cross-functional and PR agency alignment. Manage swag, collateral and business card inventories; coordinate orders and distribution. Liaise with PR agency and route press inquiries; support press kits and event logistics. Support London event coordination and gifting for investors, customers and team members. Office operations & facilities Maintain office presentability and security (clear desk policy, marketing material presentation, building access procedures). Manage office supplies, peripheral equipment, furniture and refreshments; handle deliveries and post‑room collections. Administer company account access and invitations (e.g., bike cards, meeting invites, OfficeRnD/KISI where applicable). Coordinate basic facilities maintenance and vendor relationships. Maintain company Contracts Register with all signed contracts. Prepare baseline company meeting slides (dates, kudos, anniversaries), coordinate senior management team updates and upload post meeting. Process, systems & reporting Maintain and improve operational processes for office and marketing procurement. Maintain accurate inventories and vendor lists; assist with invoice tracking and basic budget monitoring (events, swag, office supplies) as requested. Interview Process Initial Phone screen: Call with our People Director to discuss the role in more detail as well as your own wants and needs (approx. 30 minutes). First stage interview: Video call with the VP Sales to discuss the role in more detail, as well as your experience (approx. 30 minutes) Team Assessment: Interview with the VP Sales and members of the Fin-Ops Team to include a short scenario-based presentation and discussion (approx. 60 minutes). Final stage: Interview with Co-Founders-CEO and CIO (approx. 30 minutes). This stage may be conducted either in person or remotely via video call, depending on availability. Candidate profile & experience requirements You are action‑oriented, highly organised and comfortable working with ambiguity, able to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑moving environment. You work well independently and collaboratively, communicate clearly, and take pride in delivering reliable day‑to‑day operations and practical marketing support while building strong stakeholder relationships. You're curious, coachable and proactive-happy to get stuck into hands‑on tasks and propose improvements to processes and workflows. Essential experience Graduate or 1-4 years' experience in office coordination or marketing support. Experience with event coordination, vendor management, and basic procurement. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good written/verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, Teams, and calendar tools. Comfortable supporting events as needed. Desirable Startup/scale‑up experience. Familiarity with Salesforce. Experience working with PR/marketing agencies and managing branded collateral.
