We are now looking for a Technical Advisor & Inside Sales Specialist to strengthen our aftermarket team and support our German-speaking customers and partners. YOUR ROLE You will become a key part of Contura's aftermarket and technical support team, acting as a trusted advisor to customers, distributors and retailers in the German-speaking market. This is not a traditional customer service role. Instead, you will combine technical advisory, aftermarket support and inside sales in a position where your ability to build relationships, solve problems and understand technical solutions will make a real difference. You will work closely with customers, distributors, product specialists, engineering, production and quality teams to ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the entire customer journey. Your main responsibilities: Technical advisory for customers and retailers in German-speaking markets Support regarding installations, products and technical solutions Aftermarket support, warranty and spare parts management Handling quotations and inside sales activities Supporting distributors and retail partners Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation Identifying recurring quality issues and improvement opportunities Building long-term relationships with customers and partners
