Responsibilities
- This part-time position is a Registered Youth Apprenticeship through the U.S. Department of Labor and CareerWise USA. Due to federal and state statutory program guidelines, youth apprentices are defined as ages 16-24.

- What you can expect:
- Attend a classroom training consisting of 20+ business acumen and core competency workshops.
- Help design the game plan for our team! You'll assist in building training guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that teach our Customer Care Team exactly how to support our clients like pros.
- Test-drive new software and help build AVA, our very own Chatbot, to make sure it's ready for the real world.
- Use professional tools like Looker to create data reports and charts that help the whole company see the big picture and make smart decisions.
- Support non-profit community organizations through paid volunteer opportunities.
- What you need to be successful:
- Must be able to work Monday through Thursday afternoons.
- Must possess or be actively working towards a high school diploma or GED by the start date
- Must be eligible to register as a CareerWise youth apprentice.
