Responsibilities
- As Senior Manager - National Quality Assurance (Healthcare) , you will:
- Lead the national Quality Assurance strategy , ensuring compliance across all healthcare operations
- Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Maintain critical licences and accreditations (TGA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, etc.) across all sites.
- Act as the Quality Management Representative for audits, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead internal and external audits , including remediation of findings.
- Drive investigations , CAPAs, and non-conformance management.
- Manage significant quality events
- Partner with operational leaders to ensure strong adherence to quality processes.
- Support client onboarding, tenders, and new projects with quality oversight.
- About You
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare quality environments.
- Strong knowledge of TGA regulations, GMP (PIC/S), GWP, GDP & ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Proven leadership experience across multi-site QA operations.
- Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS).
- Computerised Systems Validation (CSV) experience.
- Cold chain / temperature-controlled logistics expertise.
