Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to regulatory reporting compliance across ASX.
- Support the management of Regulatory Reporting Risk across the organisation, including the conduct of risk assessments, development and operation (controls, monitoring, reporting and governance) the Regulatory Reporting Policy.
- Monitor and report on the implementation, embedding and ongoing operation of the Regulatory Reporting Standard and associated procedures across ASX.
- Advise, assess, monitor and report on the organisation's regulator reporting posture, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior management and governance forums.
- Support the continuous improvement in regulatory reporting frameworks, methodologies and reporting practices to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and regulatory outcomes.
- Influence and advise the business on better practice approaches, supporting capability uplift and driving compliance outcomes to meet regulatory expectations.
- Challenge the business on the quality of the solutions proposed to address regulatory recommendations applying best practice standards with a Regulator lens.
- Prepare, report and present on the Regulatory Reporting posture to internal and external stakeholders and Committees as relevant.

- Senior expertise in risk management concepts, frameworks, and tools, with a proven ability to identify, assess and manage key nonfinancial risks across an enterprise environment.
