AI-generated questions, company research, and talking points tailored to this role

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Build systems and processes that keep us moving fast - from meeting coordination to project tracking and cross-team alignment. AI first.
  • Marketing & Events: Coordinate product launches, events, and campaigns alongside the broader team, manage social presence and campaign execution.
  • Strategic Projects: Own initiatives that matter (compliance frameworks, market research, go-to-market planning) and see them through from concept to execution.
  • Ad-hoc Priorities: Support commercial initiatives, investor relations, and leadership initiatives as they emerge - the role evolves with company needs.

Requirements

  • High performer: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar field with a strong track record in academics or extracurriculars.
  • Operator mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, own problems end-to-end, and have a bias for action. You're not waiting for perfect information to move.
  • Clear communicator: You write and speak with precision, craft compelling narratives, and can translate strategy into action.
  • Judgment and intellectual curiosity: You ask smart questions, understand trade-offs, and have genuine interest in how startups work and how AI is reshaping industries.
  • Experience is a plus: Previous experience in startups, VC, consulting, or operational roles - or deep knowledge of finance, health, or tech - is a strong advantage.
  • Practicalities
  • 3 months, start date to be defined with candidates.
  • Mainly onsite, with some flexibility.
  • This is a paid internship.
  • Why join Redpine?
  • Be part of a cutting-edge company shaping the future of data in AI.
  • Work in a global-first, AI-native environment with industry-leading professionals.
  • Engage with top-tier partners across AI, finance, publishing, healthcare, and more.
  • About Redpine
  • Redpine is an AI-native, global-first company building the knowledge layer for AI. We unlock compliant access to high-quality, non-public, multi-modal data in fields like medicine, science, law, and finance, enabling data owners to monetize their content in a controlled way.
  • We prioritize an office-first culture (in Stockholm) to fuel collaboration and connection, but we're big on autonomy - for those days you need a "deep work" day at home or have life admin to handle.
  • If you are eager to make a meaningful impact in the AI space, we'd love to hear from you. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team: if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Additional Information

We are looking for an intern reporting to the Chief of Staff that wants to build operating muscles, working closely with both strategy and execution. This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines. At Redpine, you will work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO to keep the company running efficiently while tackling strategic initiatives that shape our trajectory. You will see how founders think, make decisions that impact our operations and culture, and own projects from conception to launch. If you are driven, adaptable, and ready to learn at hyper speed while making real impact, this is your platform.
