Responsibilities
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Justworks, you'll play a key role in growing our outbound pipeline and generating new business opportunities.
- You will:
- Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within your assigned territory or segment
- Research and identify prospective customers using a combination of data, tools, and market signals
- Execute outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers
- Generate qualified sales conversations and build pipeline for Account Executives
- Learn and effectively use modern sales tools and workflows to improve productivity and outreach quality
- Conduct thoughtful, value-driven conversations focused on understanding customer needs
- Develop expertise in Justworks, our product suite, and the broader HR/PEO landscape
- Continuously refine your messaging, prospecting approach, and workflow efficiency
