Responsibilities

  • Manage about 40 employees across 1st shift in final assembly department.
  • Maintain and enforce safe work practices.
  • Select and hire employees and provide ongoing performance monitoring.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects, i.e. Kaizen events, A3 Projects.
  • Understand and maintain complex manufacturing order management systems related to material movement.
  • The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.

  • The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires no previous management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Management, Operations, Supply Chain) or related field of study.
  • Prefer 1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Working knowledge of capacity and production planning tools and techniques.

Job Description We are looking for a Production Supervisor (1st Shift) who will provide immediate management to a team of approximately 40+ employees in our Final Assembly area. You will work onsite at our Mequon, WI plant and report to the Senior Production Supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm with occasional Saturdays
