Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related advisory roles.
  • OR
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience approved by Human Resources.
  • Licenses & Certifications
  • CFP® required (or equivalent advanced designation approved by the hiring manager).
  • FINRA Series 7 strongly preferred; additional securities and insurance licenses beneficial.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses as determined by the role.

Job Description Summary Job Description As a Wealth Consultant, you will serve as an enterprise-level subject matter expert, partnering with Private Wealth Consultants (PWCs) to drive adoption and advanced use of Wealth Studios for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, typically with $5M+ in investable assets. You will consult on complex planning needs, including business owner exits, concentrated stock strategies, and multigenerational wealth transfers, while strengthening PWC capabilities through collaborative case engagement. Operating with significant autonomy, you will help influence advisor adoption of wealth planning solutions and partner with key stakeholders to deliver meaningful client outcomes.
