The Senior Director, Product Strategy is an enterprise leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end digital product strategy across a complex portfolio of products and experiences. They will be the leader and primary digital point of contact across: Express Scripts PBS, Express Scripts and EnGuide Pharmacy, Evernorth and Accredo. This role serves as a single point of accountability for the digital product portfolio - owning how digital solutions address prioritized business and customer needs - while translating shared priorities into product strategy, roadmap and delivery. This leader operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, engagement, platform, data, and business leadership to drive consistency, speed, and impact across a multi-product ecosystem. Through a data-driven, test-and-learn approach, they ensure the right work is prioritized, teams are aligned, and digital solutions deliver meaningful results for customers and the business.
