Marketing (Campaigns, Events & Content) - 12 month contract UID2269

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content, and GEO-specific initiatives across digital channels, events, and client-facing materials.
• Manage marketing operations, including campaign setup, landing pages, registrations, lead tracking, and project coordination using platforms such as CVENT and CMP.
• Coordinate and deliver end-to-end marketing events, including logistics, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute joint campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
• Support budget tracking, procurement processes, vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and marketing expense management.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities and coordinate corporate gifting campaigns and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of marketing experience, including event management.
• Proven experience executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and event platforms such as CVENT.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
