Workplace Construction Strategy Lead The Workplace Construction Strategy Lead role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for commercial construction and is responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities across our global portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating world-class workplace environments that keep our associates at the center of every decision. Key Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Oversight serving as the primary liaison between the Design and Construction team and internal customers Develop a deep understanding of business needs to prioritize projects, resources, and spend across the portfolio Partner with Design, Facilities, Technology, Finance, and senior leadership to align construction programs with enterprise priorities.
