The Product Manager, Thermal Energy Metering, is responsible for managing one or more products across the full product lifecycle, from initial development through market launch, commercialization, and ongoing performance monitoring across a the EMEA market scope. This role can be based in any of these 3 locations: Oldenburg in Holstein (Germany), Macon (France), and Budapest (Hungary). Duties & Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in collaboration with operational teams, including functional specifications, roadmap definition, planning coordination, market deployment, and lifecycle performance analysis. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to define the go-to-market strategy, including positioning, pricing, business model, and communication approach. Ensure the application of the product strategy by guaranteeing defined pricing and execution of operational tasks: item creation, sample management, specification analysis. Analyze and study customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement, adjustment or product withdrawal. Identify and assess potential and existing partners. Lead webinars/training internally and externally. Participate in external events: trade shows, seminars, partner meetings. Required Skills & Experience : Master's degree or higher education in related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management. Strong understanding of the relevant industry landscape, competitive environment, and customer needs. Up-to-date knowledge of market trends/macro trends and emerging technologies. Familiar and comfortable working with agile methodologies. Good knowledge of strategic analysis tools (SWOT, Porter...). Basic understanding of customer purchasing and financing mechanisms. Exposure to investment processes and company development capability. Strong professional English communication skills required, working knowledge of German is a plus
