Responsibilities

- Here's what a typical day looks like:
- Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am-2:00pm (PHT)
- Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm-8:00pm (PHT)
- Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm-12:30am (PHT)
- Sleep/rest: 12:30am-9:30am (PHT)
- This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.

Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
- Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Good English communication skills for team collaboration
- Proactive, reliable, and passionate about supporting marketing and educational initiatives
- Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
