Help with implementation of Bosch standard project management methodology (with focus on Configuration Management, Change Management & Problem Resolution Management); Keep track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverable and dependencies; Support with project documentation at all levels; Prepare custom reports/metrics based on project needs; Identify process related risks and issues, propose options to close the gaps and monitor that the agreed solutions are implemented; Facilitate internal and external meetings; Organize process specific trainings for affected stakeholders.
