Responsibilities

  • What you bring:
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate fiat and asset reconciliations using a methodical approach that ensures timely identification and resolution of breaks or discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of completing controls and checks thoroughly within established guidelines.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate issues concisely within a team environment while escalating concerns appropriately when required.
  • Curiosity about digital asset custody products combined with a willingness to learn new workflows related to blockchain technology.
  • Dependable work ethic evidenced by reliable follow-through on business-as-usual responsibilities without requiring close supervision or micromanagement.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools effectively to support operational tasks as well as process improvement initiatives within financial services settings.
  • Degree qualification in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) providing strong analytical foundations for complex problem-solving.
  • At least one year's experience working within the financial services industry demonstrating familiarity with regulated environments.
  • Genuine interest in digital assets-including cryptocurrencies-and their application within institutional finance frameworks shaped by regulation.
  • Comfort working with financial data sets alongside familiarity with reconciliation processes common in banking or asset management contexts.
