  • Excellent communication, leadership, andorganizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in driving processimprovement initiatives (e.g., incident management, knowledge management, orautomation of manual tasks)
  • Hands-on exposure to software testing processes,including regression testing, UAT coordination, or validating production fixes
  • Knowledge of C/C++ programming, and Python is anadvantage
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field
  • Priorexperience in financial technology or trading software is a strong advantage
