Responsibilities

  • Actively participate within the R&D department, playing a key role in the development of new medical products, from design to industrialization.
  • Contribute to the optimization and qualification of manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance, in accordance with IQ, OQ, and PQ validations.
  • Ensure the implementation of safe and compliant processes aligned with safety standards by conducting PFMEA risk analyses to identify , assess, and reduce potential failures.
  • Perform Root Cause Analyses to understand the origin of issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Conduct capability studies to measure and improve process performance.
  • Optimize manufacturing costs while ensuring optimal product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to transform concepts into concrete and innovative solutions.
  • Implement technical solutions aimed at improving productivity and reducing manufacturing costs.
  • Manage time and projects effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring proper follow-up of the various development stages.
  • Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in textile engineering or a related textile field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position.
  • Possess strong expertise in the textile industry.
  • Fluent in French and in English
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Motivated and show a strong interest in product innovation and medical technologies.
