Assistant F&B Manager Key Responsibilities will include: Maintain a consistently high standard of supervision Ensure all customers enjoy their Food & Beverage experience through professional delivery of service in all outlets. Develop and launch new Food & Beverage concepts and products as required, in conjunction with the Hotel Mangers for example, new developments within the Club Lounge. Ensure all guests receive the highest standards of service, courtesy and comfort Develop customer loyalty and the customer experience within each of our outlets & within the banqueting Department. To be responsible for Food and Beverage Profit & Loss and conversion rates Monitor hospitality staffing levels in line with business levels and take appropriate action to ensure optimum manning tracking business trends.
