About the role

You will serve as a ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in the Public Works Department of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performs engineering oversight of utilities infrastructure to include conceptual plans for expansion of new capabilities and maintenance of existing capabilities; 2) Provides public works environmental and safety oversight of utilities distribution systems working through the installation environmental and safety departments; 3) Provides utility and energy budgets and cost control expertise; and 4) Preparing utility and energy reports as needed.
