The Frontier of AI & Solutions TPM team is at the forefront of driving innovation by accelerating Generative AI (GenAI) from cutting-edge research into secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise-scale production. We own and advance core platforms and high-impact solutions, establishing the definitive enterprise guardrails and delivery pathways that enable safe, accelerated AI adoption across the entire company. We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive programs at the intersection of Generative AI research and production-scale deployment. This role will focus on multi-agent conversational systems, agentic AI architectures, inference optimization, and model pretraining/finetuning workflows. You will collaborate closely with world-class researchers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to take cutting-edge AI models from concept to production, while ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and business objectives. Our TPM Directors will: Have strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle Provide a quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives Provide a quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker Simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives Drive development and orchestration of agentic AI chatbots and intelligent assistants, enabling scalable, context-aware multi-agent interactions.
