Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting career opportunity for a Lawyer in the M&A / Capital Markets Practice at our Warsaw office. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to focus exclusively on transactional work within one of the leading teams on the market. Job Requirements: - Profound interest in M&A and equity capital markets. - Structuring transactions and providing strategic guidance on deal mechanics. - Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for M&A and equity capital markets transactions. - Serving as the primary contact for clients, advising on legal, strategic, and business considerations. - Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments as well as market trends. - Collaborating closely with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive, cross-disciplinary legal solutions. We Expect: - A Master's degree in polish law. - Polish bar admission (as either an advocate or attorney-at-law). - At least 5 years of proven experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, ideally within a reputable law firm. - High level of professionalism, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile transactional environment. - A strong focus on clients' needs, willingness to take on responsibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic setting. - Fluent, practical command of spoken and written legal English. - Excellent organizational skills, strong motivation, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a "can-do" attitude.
