About the role

General description: Analyze products (electrical) with comprehensive and correct analysis results (quality and timing) Provide technical support to warranty analysis lab technicians Systematic failure overview using warranty analysis database to create analysis troubleshoot guide Participate in digitalization projects (plant and QMM projects) Primary duties and responsibilities: Product Failure Analysis Customer claims analysis (electrical) according to test flow approved by Lead Plant. Test equipment SW/HW setup/installation Communication with Development team for special analysis/Defect Not Found cases/new equipment Continuous technical learning on current and new products Detect trends on repetitive failures and report it to customer interfaces Determine responsibility of defect cause of the customer returns (external/internal) Usage of Hardware and Software diagnostics tools (CANAlizer, CANoe tools, etc) Usage of electrical schematics and Gerber files for PC boards Compliance of internal KPIs regarding analysis time and quality according with Bosch directives Test Equipment procurement Create analysis report for each customer claim Digitalization Participate in plant and QMM digitalization projects Use of IA digital tools to detect failure known modes Support JuP1 digitalization projects (i.e. SW implementation, bot/RPA creation,etc) Working Experience: >2 years of professional experience in failure diagnostic (preferred), product/test engineering, preferably in automotive industry. Bachelor Degree: Electronics, Electrical, Digital Systems, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related. Key Skills: Substantial Analysis tools knowledge, (eg Oscilloscope, multi-meter,...) Electronics knowledge is a must Basic Programming skills Preferred usage of AI Tools and data analytics Language (written and oral) - English: Advanced. - German: Preferred.
