Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, valuation, credit, and presentation skills; ability to assess businesses, capital structures, and financing alternatives
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and capital markets, including leverage, credit metrics, debt instruments, covenants, and equity/IPO mechanics
- 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking (capital markets, leveraged finance, debt or equity capital markets, corporate finance, or M&A) or an equivalent buy-side/credit role
- Familiarity with institutional investors and lenders, including private equity, credit funds, hedge funds, banks, and alternative asset managers
- Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments
- Strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, investors, and other external parties
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong ability to analyze financial statements and market data; familiarity with market data and research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, Dealogic, or similar platforms
- Undergraduate degree required; finance, business, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred
