This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the BMW store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance. Primary Responsibilities: Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow-up and reporting Be fully prepared for daily appointments Confirm appointments prior to arrival time Reschedule "no-show" appointments when necessary Understand importance and benefits to the retail business Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect
