Chemours is seeking an Sr. Manager - Executive & Equity Compensation to join our growing Total Rewards team. This HYBRID position will be available at the Wilmington, DE Headquarters and report directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations. The Sr. Manager - Executive & Equity Compensation is a key strategic partner responsible for leading the design, evaluation, and administration of executive compensation programs at Chemours. This role provides expert guidance to Management and the Board of Directors, ensuring executive compensation aligns with company strategy, drives business results, and complies with all regulatory requirements. The Senior Manager proactively identifies emerging trends, evaluates competitive positioning, and leads complex projects to support enterprise-wide compensation objectives. This role will also design and administer annual and long-term incentive programs for Chemours globally. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead the design, modeling, and implementation of executive compensation philosophy, programs, and structures-including base salary, annual and long-term incentives, equity awards, and deferred compensation-for the executive population. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Compensation Leadership and Development Committee (CLDC), and HR partners, providing expert counsel and recommendations on executive pay matters, governance, and best practices. Direct and oversee executive compensation benchmarking using advanced market analytics, survey participation, and peer group analysis to ensure Chemours' market competitiveness and alignment with shareholder interests. Develop and present complex Board-level compensation analyses, program proposals, and recommendations for the CLDC and/or executive leadership. Support / lead the preparation and planning for the quarterly CLDC Meetings. In partnership with Corporate Secretary and other key stakeholders, lead the preparation of executive compensation tables and disclosures for the annual proxy statement (CD&A, tables, and supporting narrative), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with SEC, Dodd-Frank, and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Finance team on annual incentive and equity plan design, including development of KPI's and financial metrics, budgeting, and modeling, to ensure programs are cost effective and aligned with organization goals and strategies. Collaborate closely with external consultants, compensation advisors, and vendors ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery of projects. Ensure all executive compensation programs meet rigorous standards of compliance, transparency, and risk management. Partner with vendor and/or Analysts to ensure smooth administration of equity compensation programs including tracking equity grants, managing blackout periods, administering Employee Discount Stock Purchase plan, and other related administrative tasks. The following is required for this role: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in executive compensation, with direct experience advising senior management and Compensation Committees in a public company environment. Demonstrated expertise with executive compensation design, modeling, SEC disclosure requirements, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills with proven ability to influence and partner with C-suite leaders and Board members. Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
