Responsibilities

  • Delivering a 5* welcome experience from the moment guests arrive
  • Supporting reception, events, and switchboard operations with professionalism and flair
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external visitors
  • Managing room reservations and ensuring spaces are set up to the highest standard
  • Staying agile and adaptable to the changing needs of the day
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, energising atmosphere throughout the workplace
  • You won't just be greeting guests. You will be shaping the culture of a brand-new workplace. Your presence, energy, and professionalism will help create an environment that's inclusive, inspiring, and memorable.
  • Shift pattern: 40 hour per week, with shifts usually falling between 7am-10pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Salary: £33,280

  • Skilled in communication, organisation, and problem-solving
