Job Responsibilities : As Razer.com's e-Commerce Manager, you are the commercial owner of select divisions, fully accountable for revenue and gross profit margin performance on our direct-to-consumer channel. You will drive category growth by translating demand, traffic, and site performance into profitable revenue through disciplined commercial planning, pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and flawless execution across launches and promotions. This role requires strong business judgment, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver results. Responsibilities: Revenue ownership: Own revenue & GPM targets and sales performance vs plan for assigned divisions on Razer.com Translate annual and quarterly targets into executable commercial plans by region, category, and product lifecycle Drive forecast accuracy and proactively implement recovery actions to close revenue or margin gaps Commercial Strategy & Execution Define and lead the global sales calendar across product launches, campaigns, and peak marketing moments Develop pricing and promotional strategies in partnership with Divisions and Marketing to maximize revenue and margin Optimize assortment and promotional depth to protect brand equity while driving growth Ensure commercial readiness across all launches with clear revenue objectives and execution standards Performance Management & Reporting Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance with clear visibility on risks and opportunities Lead post-launch and post-campaign business reviews with actionable insights Deliver executive-level reporting that translates data into strategic recommendations Leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to improve forecasting, pricing decisions, and sales performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with e-Commerce Growth and regional marketing teams to improve conversion, AOV, and campaign ROI Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing to monetize traffic effectively across channels Work with Sales Operations to ensure inventory alignment, launch readiness, and execution excellence Drive sales-impacting platform enhancements with Digital Solutions Influence product marketing and roadmap planning to ensure optimal commercial performance on Razer.com Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Sales, or Commercial roles Proven ownership of online revenue and GPM targets in a D2C or eCommerce environment Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of pricing strategy, promotions, and product lifecycle management Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions Experience operating in global or regional matrix organizations Proficient in leveraging AI tools and data-driven technologies (e.g., forecasting, pricing optimization, performance analytics, automation tools) to enhance decision-making, planning accuracy, and commercial execution Experience in consumer electronics or premium brands preferred Pre-Requisites : Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
