Industry Preference: IT, BPO, Digital Marketing, or Customer Support. Communication: Fluent English (written & spoken), good people skills. Tech Skills: Basic understanding of services like web/app/game development, digital marketing. Experience with CRM tools (like Zoho or HubSpot) is a plus.
