Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for repair requests and technical questions from technicians.
  • Provide technical support and remote guidance, using diagnostic best practices and OEM procedures.
  • Communicate directly with technicians in the local language to clarify concerns, gather symptoms and DTCs, and validate the steps taken.
  • Perform the initial triage, document cases thoroughly, and determine the resolution path or escalation criteria.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex cases to Level 2 support with complete, structured case information.
  • Adhere to established process standards, SLAs, and data quality requirements in all interactions and tools.
  • Support and guide repairs for OTA updates and basic troubleshooting for software updates.
  • Accurately record case notes, solutions, and knowledge artifacts, maintaining them to improve first-repair rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by following standardized workflows and proposing process improvements.
  • What you bring
  • Strong experience in automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop or field service
  • Proven ability to fix complex electrical/electronic faults
  • Hands-on use of OEM diagnostic tools
  • Confidence reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation
  • Experience working with workshops, engineering, or technical teams
  • Ability to support and guide technicians
  • Preferred : experience in field-based or multi-site support, multi-brand exposure with an OEM/importer technical support background
  • Technical knowledge
  • Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics
  • Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay
  • Diagnostic methods: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing
  • Language
  • Working proficiency in Polish and professional English required (written and spoken, knowledge of German PRE
