Responsibilities
- Support the operational delivery of P&O strategic objectives for a defined client group.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of P&O services, processes, principles, and standards.

- Experience, Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Execution.
- Solid knowledge of HR Operations, HR Service Delivery, and P&O Services and Payroll.
- Experience with HRIS, SDM, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Understanding of employee lifecycle topics, including onboarding and employee experience.
- Ability to support data analysis, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High curiosity and customer-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong awareness of data privacy principles and compliance.
- Fluent English required; any Nordic language is an advantage.
