The Director holds full accountability for systems and network engineering, support, and IT. Key platforms and domains include Nokia Altiplano, Nokia Corteca, Sonar, COS, Vitruvi, IQGeo NMT, and homegrown solutions supporting planning, design, build, ordering, provisioning, activation, assurance, and billing workflows.
