About the role
Our esteemed client in the Chemical industry is seeking Flavor Chemist (Savory) to join their dynamic team: Employment Type: Permanent Position: Flavor Scientist (Savory) Location: Pasir Panjang Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Package: Basic + Allowances + AWS + Performance Bonus + Insurance Coverage Job Responsibilities: Lead the creation and innovation of savory flavor formulations tailored to diverse market trends and client requirements. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve savory flavor products, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance. Utilize strong replication capabilities to match and optimize existing flavor profiles. Engage with clients to understand technical needs and provide expert solutions and flavor recommendations. Apply in-depth knowledge of flavor chemistry and production techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to savory flavor processing. Work cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, applications, quality assurance, and production to support seamless project execution. Job Requirements: At least a Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in savory flavor creation or development. Familiarity with savory taste preferences in Southeast Asian markets is preferred. Experience with the development of reactive flavors is a plus. Ready to apply?
