Because of your knowledge and interest in the creative industry and its processes, you have an opinion that is respected and appreciated by both the customer and the internal teams. You know exactly what our customers need, even if they don't explicitly ask for it. You are good at making schedules and monitoring budgets and you enjoy meeting or even exceeding customer expectations together with the team. You are the customer's first point of contact during projects, which means you have daily contact with them to update the progress of the project with them and foresee risks. You feel responsible for bringing the project to a successful conclusion and coordinating the deliverables with the customer and the team. In short, you are the spider in the web who keeps the focus on getting our projects delivered, who does not shy away from deadlines, who can monitor overviews and budgets, and who can coordinate all of this with the customer.
