Role Summary and Impact We are hiring a Senior Associate, Data Analytics to play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and advancing analytical capabilities across our client portfolio. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited for someone who is strong technically, comfortable working with large-scale marketing datasets, and motivated to build modern, scalable analytics solutions in a fast-paced agency environment. You will work closely with media, strategy, and client teams to translate data into actionable insights while contributing to the evolution of our analytics stack across cloud and AI-enabled workflows. 3 best things about the job: A learning environment with mentorship Opportunities to work across local and international client and agency teams Performance driven role with a focus on growing business Responsibilities of the Role: Data & Analytics Delivery Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Power BI, DAX, and M Query to deliver actionable insights for campaign and business performance Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks aligned to client KPIs Work with large datasets across paid media, ecommerce, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Cloud & Data Architecture Query and manage datasets in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) and/or Azure Cloud data services Support development of efficient data models, pipelines, and transformations in cloud-based environments Improve data accessibility and performance through structured data workflows Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with media, strategy, and client teams to define measurement frameworks and analytics solutions Translate data into clear, business-relevant insights and narratives for both internal and client stakeholders Support delivery of insights for client presentations and performance reviews Capability Building Contribute to the enhancement of analytics frameworks, automation, and reporting standards Stay current on emerging trends in marketing analytics, cloud, and AI technologies Actively support adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices Required Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or marketing analytics roles Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Power BI (DAX), Excel, and data transformation (M Query) Practical experience with cloud data platforms such as: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) Azure Cloud (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse) Experience working with marketing/media data sources (paid media, attribution, ecommerce) Strong analytical thinking with ability to connect data to business outcomes Effective communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into actionable insights Fluent in Thai and English
