About the role

Job Scope: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Determine and assess resource requirements for construction projects Oversee feasibility studies, technical designs, and project specifications Lead and manage the construction team, including Engineer, Site supervisor and workers Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and local regulations Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Monitor project budget and expenditures Prepare and submit cost estimates, progress reports, and budgetary updates Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and equipment Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards of quality Perform site inspections and resolve any on-site issues Ensure timely delivery of the project while maintaining quality benchmarks Maintain clear communication with the client, providing regular updates on project progress Manage conflicts and issues that arise between the construction team and stakeholders Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed Ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations and legal requirements Respond to emergencies and implement contingency plans. Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time Job Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Civil, Construction, or a related field Minimum 3 years and above experiences in construction project management or a related role Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar) Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and timelines effectively Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations Ability to visit construction sites and manage on-site tasks as needed Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, to meet project deadlines Able to attend to emergency call due to project and works needs beyond office hours 6 working days
