About the role

This is a key role within the marketing team, responsible for leading the development and delivery of marketing strategy and activity to support the growth, retention and engagement of the global membership. Essential: Significant experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, with responsibility for driving measurable growth or engagement outcomes Experience of contributing to marketing strategy, including translating business objectives into clear marketing plans and priorities Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems and data-led marketing approaches Proven experience managing and developing a team Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation, with the ability to influence and build effective relationships Desirable: Experience delivering marketing activity across international markets Experience working in a membership organisation or professional body Knowledge of the architecture, design or built environment sector Relevant professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) Interested? Marketing Manager (Membership & Profession) Key facts: Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum. Location: Tavistock Square, London, WC1H. Hybrid working: variable number of office days per week, as this will be determined by business requirements. Minimum one day per week. Contract: full time, permanent, 35 hours per week. Benefits: The benefits package includes (a) a generous pension scheme with employer contributions (up to 12%), (b) life assurance, (c) annual leave of 27 days plus bank holidays and paid closure of 3 discretionary days between Christmas and New Year.
