Job Description AppliedVR is looking for a mission-driven Manufacturing Associate with a passion for transforming healthcare through innovative technology, to support the Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing and working closely with the VP, Operations, the initial focus of the Manufacturing Associate will be to build new RelieVRx devices. Roles & Responsibilities (are not limited to the following): Install software on medical devices in accordance with all established SOPs and Quality Management Standards Provision medical devices, including initial setup, to prepare for device deployment Ship and fulfill demo orders in a compliant and timely manner Receive incoming shipments and organize equipment and materials within designated storage areas Perform quality control (QC) and validation on medical devices to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory standards Process returned devices, including intake, inspection, documentation, and appropriate routing Help to maintain a clean, organized and compliant warehouse environment Experience & Qualifications Preferred Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility, fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar hands-on environment is preferred but not required Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, and comfortably lifting/moving equipment or boxes (up to 30 lbs) Basic technical literacy with capability and willingness to learn standard operating procedures (SOPs), software installation processes, and technical device setups Detail-Oriented - ability to check for errors and inaccuracies Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work autonomously in dynamic fast-paced environment Location This position requires in-person work at our facility in Van Nuys, CA. Typical working hours are from 6 am to 2:30 pm.
