HIGH BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION Location: Jurong East Are you looking for a high basic + commission-based role with uncapped earning potential? Most consultants in our company take home between $5,000 - $10,000+ monthly (after commissions). We are hiring driven individuals with call centre sales / inside sales experience to support Business Development and client engagement in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience or a passion for sales and able to thrive in a KPI-focused environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Job scope: - Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and candidates - Identify business opportunities and build client relationships - Manage and grow existing accounts - Understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions - Achieve sales and recruitment targets - Ensure smooth follow-up throughout the hiring process Candidates who possess a CEI Certificate will have an advantage.
