The OTC Business Enablement Sr. Analyst will be a key partner in the design and deployment of new or enhanced business processes, as well as root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact MedTech franchises while maintaining a customer-centric focus. This role will partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Compliance to ensure integrated approaches are provided. This role will support changes related to process improvements, enhancements, and break/fix solutions on the Order to Cash system. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for testing, performing root cause analysis, and resolving process issues that impact the Medical Technology franchises.
