Responsibilities
- AGM Organisation and Corporate Administration
- Serve as the primary coordinator for the planning and execution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for CEO-led initiatives and engagements.
- Track key follow-up actions and support timely execution of assigned deliverables.
- Office Administration and Procurement Support
- Support day-to-day office administration and operational matters.
- Prepare and submit procurement requests for FCS and coordinate administrative purchases where required.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to support smooth office operations.
- Maintain records, documentation and administrative filing systems.
- Support general administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in executive support, corporate secretarial, governance, board administration, or office management roles.
- Prior experience supporting AGM preparation and board-level stakeholders would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in various software and corporate secretarial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Summary: The Corporate Secretary will provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Singapore Badminton Association. This role will primarily support the organisation and execution of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), provide Executive Assistant support to the Interim CEO, and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, Board members, and external parties where required and will report directly to the Interim CEO.
