What will your day look like? We are seeking a highly commercially minded Account Director to drive CRM strategy, stakeholder management, and the growth of our global marketing operations. You will be the trusted advisor to major global clients, guiding them on how to optimize customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through sophisticated CRM initiatives. You will lead the client roadmap, orchestrate multi-channel campaign strategies, and oversee a dedicated delivery team. In this role, you must be a master of data-driven decision-making, possess a deep understanding of CRM best practices, and excel at managing senior stakeholders on a global scale. More specifically, your tasks include: Leading and developing (CRM) and loyalty initiatives for major global brands. Focusing on enhancing sophisticated, personalized client communication strategies. Managing global client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and driving growth and organic business development. Developing project scopes, complex plans, and budgets, ensuring commercial viability and profitability. Producing high-quality presentations for executive-level client meetings. Team leadership; directly managing and mentoring a team of project managers. Cultivating a high-performing team culture, defining clear roles, objectives, and career growth paths. Who are you going to work with? You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated project managers, developers, data scientists, and experienced designers. We are on the lookout for a senior, strategic-minded individual with a proven track record of managing large-scale global accounts. You are proactive in initiating campaigns that not only meet but surpass client expectations regularly. You are an easy-going person with a proactive, positive mindset and the resilience to navigate the complexities of global matrix organizations. As you will be overseeing several workstreams simultaneously, you are highly organized and can keep the big picture in focus while showing great attention to detail. In addition, you have: 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment. Proven experience working with large global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is a massive advantage). Extensive experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders across complex, global departments. Deep knowledge of what working with data, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation platforms entails. Experience with the strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation. Strong hands-on familiarity with enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud. The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
