R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, Product Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-first, cloud-native SaaS applications using the Microsoft stack and Angular. You will work in a High Velocity Engineering (HVE) environment focused on rapid delivery, automation, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about scalable systems, AI integration, and delivering real business outcomes .

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using .NET 8+/C# and Angular (v20+)
• Design and build scalable SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Integrate AI-powered features (copilots, automation workflows, LLM-based capabilities)
• Implement microservices and API-first architectures
• Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/HVE setup
• Required Skills & Experience
• 5-8+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in: C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+
• Angular (v20+) , TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• REST APIs & microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of SaaS architecture (multi-tenancy, scalability)
• Experience working in Agile environments
• AI & Modern Engineering
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Understanding of automation-driven workflows and intelligent systems

• Event-driven systems (Service Bus, Kafka)
