Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partnering, or Employee Relations required
  • 1-2 years of leadership or people management experience required
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or unionized environments preferred
