In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating Toyota vehicle supply to align with forward demand forecasts, supply constraints, and strategic sales objectives. You will help ensure optimal vehicle allocation across Regions and the Dealer network, contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets, improved customer satisfaction, and strong business outcomes. This is a max term role until Jan 2027 based at Port Melbourne. How you'll make an impact Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Regional allocation processes and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and planning objectives Coordinate the allocation of standard vehicles, new models, and special edition releases across Regions and Dealers in a fair and equitable manner Maintain appropriate stock levels across Regions to meet demand while minimising excess inventory Identify risks and opportunities in allocation, proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock scenarios Manage ordering and planning in line with production schedules, including forward forecasting for vehicle supply Ensure alignment between supply plans, sales forecasts, and business priorities Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding vehicle allocation, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure forecasts are accurate, actionable, and aligned to broader business goals Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
