In this high‑impact role, you will define the strategic direction for your product segment, shape the roadmap, and influence how our technologies enter and win in the market. As a (Sr.) Product Marketing Manager, you will become the expert for your product segment, understanding the market, competition, and opportunities. You'll collaborate closely across Application, R&D, Strategy, Marketing, GSM, and customer teams to drive portfolio strategy and prepare the business for future growth. **This is your new role** - Define and develop the product segment strategy and create roadmaps - Develop value propositions and go‑to‑market plans - Own pricing strategy - Analyse competition and market landscape - Initiate business cases - Build customer relationships **What you will need** - University degree in electrical and electronic engineering or other related discipline - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or Business Development in the Semiconductor industry - Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies, with strong understanding of market trends and customer needs - Direct work experience with power semiconductors and application (e.g AI data centres) and previous experience in product line is highly beneficial - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities - Fluent written and spoken English, any additional language is a plus
