Job Description: - Shape and oversee conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs across diverse typologies. - Deliver compelling design narratives and presentations to clients, public boards, and consultants. - Manage multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex projects from initial inception to successful handover. - Lead tendering, procurement bidding, and contract negotiation processes. Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field. - Possess good experience to the above. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
