Responsibilities
- Launch new campaigns and ensure they are set up for success, flagging any non-standard pitfalls
- Upload new creative units to the platform to improve our Advertisers performance, escalating any issues in the process (this may involve reviewing for any explicit content)

- Provide potential time-shifting, weekend and holiday coverage where needed in accordance with regulations
- Identify areas of process improvement and development of best practice
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Fluent written and spoken English for global team and customer collaboration
- Competent Microsoft Excel skills
- Incident and Escalations Management Experience
- Commercial Support, Customer Engagement Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Nice to have: 1+ years working experience in a customer support role
- Location: Beijing This role is eligible for full-time work onsite at our Beijing hub. We require our team members to be onsite 2-3 days a week.
